 After earning a degree in Marketing and International Business from Oklahoma State University,  Melissa made the McKinney area home in 1990 while working with Doubletree Hotel as Director of  Sales. She joined the HagenPowell Team in 2004 as a Marketing Specialist and earned her Real  Estate license in 2006 and became a Partner with the HagenPowell Team in 2012.  

As of April 2021, Melissa is now building her own team and brokerage as a licensed Texas Real  Estate Agent with Fathom Realty, LLC. She continues to take full ownership of her commitments  and strives for excellence in the delivery of service to every client. 

As a Listing Specialist, Melissa  manages all Team listings. Every homeowner receives a personalized marketing plan with the focus  of meeting and exceeding her client’s goals.  Melissa is dedicated to continuous improvement and gaining industry knowledge of the latest  resources and selling trends to help buyers and sellers optimize their experience throughout the  buying and selling process.
